How it is now.

I've now owned my Lada for 7 months. In this time I have taken the miles from 19,000 to 23,000! Apart from minor problems, it has been a faithful servant. It looks a little different too......

Heres some pictures.

When I first saw it.

I can't sing its praises enough, I'd recommend that everyone owns a Lada at least once in their life!

So what are the plans - I thought you were thinking of changing it, is that right?Liking the wheel treatment there.

I keep wanting to get something else, I fancy a chevette, but I can't bear to part with the Lada!

u shud por batree asid on it, RAT LUK 4 DA WINGood work, it's not too OTT, though those hubcaps look distinctly odd on a car with a 'G' plate.

Rat look is for lazy people! I'm going for a full respray in cherry red metallic!Probably with ghosted flames and then (fake)gold plate all the trim!

That looks wikid now. Mirrored side windows but everything else kept stock? full paint job seems a bit expensive..

I think it suits the flat red better, but it's not my car. ;)Why did you remove the headlight wipers? I thought them quite amusing on my Saab, though fairly useless.

I really like the hubcap treatment, suits it well.
