After dragging my feet over this it's time to flog the old work horse

Main issues are the temp gauge doesn’t work, idle is lumpy, no headlining, and the bulb warning light is on. All the bulbs work but I think I’ve sourced it to a problem with the rear light cluster. When the indicator is on the brake light also blinks a bit. I’ll have a fiddle around with it tomorrow, and no doubt make it worse...!

 

On the plus side it drives nice and smooth (the auto box was re-conditioned in 2007), cambelt was done around 120,000 miles, middle and rear exhaust replaced in 2009 and tyres all good. Apart from parking dents the body is in respectable nick and rust free. Most of the electrical toys work including the heated seats, so you can experience the joy of a sweaty arse crack courtesy of Volvo Cars Ltd
