i went to see a hoarder and banger racer today, and i went to see this....

front scuttle rotted, wing tips crusty otherwise pretty good

 

he also has a mk4 1.6 GL, rear arches welded up with new panels, boot floor & front end too ripe

 

he allowed me take some snaps in his yard, he wasnt happy, but he relented. Most of the cars are for long term projects - 'to much work involved in prepping, so i wont race them" - and so sit around waiting and gathering foliage.

 

morris oxford and A35 van full of spares, fresh metal work on the N/S front and door sections, but plenty to do around the roof and O/S. The oxford is a recent find.
