Can anyone point me in the right direction for a decent online car brochure specialist?

Not looking for anything too specialist, just 70s to 80s stuff.

I've only ever bought old car brochures off eBay - there are usually loads on there of all our favourites and you can get common ones for around £4.

Ebay for me too.

My last purchase was a rather nice Tagora one with a "George Heath Motors Ltd. Birmingham" stamp on it.

Ebay is the place and cadillacalex is the man. If he can't help you, start worrying. And you can tell him I said so!

I love it when they have the dealer stamps on - it makes the brochure that bit more retro.

I have a 1982 Ford range brochure with a dealer stamp from Basingstoke on. :D

cadillacalex has sold up,Alex was a nice chap sold all his remaining Safrane brochures to me.

Pooks is a good place but pricey,Andrew currie is another and Artco, but expensive,go on e-bay i,ve found loads on there over the years,i,ve exhausted all U.K things so i,am on the french sites now.

Sorry, didn't realise Alex had closed. He did say that was his plan, but I wasn't aware it had happened. In which case, disregard my earlier remarks...

I bought several excellent brochures from fiatdaft on here.

I often use e-bay. I have about 60 brochures now, of all different types of 70's and 80's cars and a few 90's ones too. Never cost me more than a few quid and they have always been in mint condition.

My favourite is my 1976 Volvo 343 brochure. They came in some excellent colours, especially that limey-appley green :)

There was a old couple at the NEC classic car show this year knocking out car brochures for £1 each as they were selling up, I really wish i bought a load but had to walk away before i got carried away, I came back later in the day but they had closed up.

I often get the odd one from ebay if it's cheap or from this very forum, What kind of thing are you after Warren?.

Yea I saw that chap on the Thursday during Knock up day, I must admit I now have a huge pile of porn I am busy "fingering' through. TBH most of the class items were bought up on the Thursday and Early Friday by other dealers and or people like me displaying bangers....

Any 1975 +79 Ford Cars brochure. I used to have all of them.

1978 BMW 633.

1981/2 Citroen all model brochure.

1982 Rover 2000/2300/3500.

Maybe a couple more.

Purchasing old brochures is akin to opening your wallet and bumming it in the face. CU L8R, MONEY.
