Honda N600, 1970 - 72.

Edit, or maybe as Ray says above, a N360. Difficult to tell in pic, lower rear lights are slightly different between 360 and 600 but otherwise look the same.

They were a novel alternative to the real Mini.  Honda even made a better job of making them rust than the home grown variety.

DVLA says, "blue", 2294cc, regd Feb 80, last due to be taxed Sept 91.

Obv GLS spec with driving lamps and less roly-poly suspension but before mid 81 Recaros.
