Keep going - there aren't that many people called James Cowe (my system shows between 3-5 in London atm). However, I've only got one definate for that time period.

Is anyone on this forum (or similar) anywhere near there to check whether the car's still there?

I know he's moved out of the Burrells Wharf development. I dropped by the security office, explained the situation, showed them what I had and they confirmed that he had lived there at the time but that he's moved out now. And the flat has been sold to a new landlord. So I know he's not in Isle of Dogs anymore.

No details for a James Cowe on Facebook that are obvious. LinkedIn have one which looks to be the same. A couple of other sources link to the LinkedIn James Cowe as well.

Same here. No idea if its him though. Found another site that lists 2 James Cowe's having lived in E14 but I think that's essentially a dump of the electoral roll and it wants me to pay to find out. I think I'll keep nosing around.

When people get away with this shit it makes you think, why do I not just do it. Then I remember its because I am not a cunt, but sometimes I wish I was so far up my own arse that I was.

Hope he does get caught a fucked by the police but I bet they don't do shit.

maybe james cowe is another innocent victim from a previous address

Good point, autofive. I was going to suggest buying a sealed packet of nails and, wearing protective gloves, placing two under each tyre whilst the car is parked.

True - but there's only one way to find out

Instead of nails, I'd get a couple of wheel clamps. When the  comes out and asks - the car's yours isn't it? So you're clamping your own property
