Plenty of Alfasuds, it's surprising the amount of minor differences between them:

It would be worth being run over by this, just for the ride to hospital 8) :

Wow that looked a really fab do.

Funny about the new Giulietta. I've just read a short review in Motor Sport by Andrew Frankel who usually talks a bit of sense. He reckons that rather than the bloated Fiat rehash it might be thought of, it's actually the bees knees even in relatively low spec 1.4 form. Apparently it rides and handles great, the new engine will do 50mpg and still go like hell. He even goes as far as to suggest it's the best Alfa for years and that it could be a turning point. Good news if that's the case.

I'm hoping that the new Alfa "face" will grow on me, but I still can't look at a MiTo or Giulietta without thinking of a hamster on speed.

It was a very good day. I went along in my Sisley. I missed last years, but this one was definitely better than the 2008 event.

I even remembered to take my camera!

I'll try not to duplicate what Alfisti has already posted.....

Were there any ordinary Mk1 Stradas there? I mean non-Abarth versions.

As well as the convertible and black one in the picture, there were 2 red 130TCs which, for some reason, I didn't snap.

There were no boggo standard models (that I saw) in attendance unfortunately :(

I'm not sure, there were a few hotter versions and a convertible 8) I can't recall any cooking ones, but there were so many cars it was difficult to remember all of them.

Thanks for adding the photos Vin, they give a more complete feel of what the day was like. I remember seeing your Sisley at the end of the row, but I don't recall seeing anyone looking anything like your avatar by it though

Here are the family Alfas, mine is the one on the right (artfully posed to hide the scraped rear wheel arch) :) We were down by the river, you can just see us behind the windscreen of the Fiat Forum van in your second picture.

Any of 'em / all of 'em, I'm not fussy.

Apart from the green modern thing, you can keep that.
