That OV plate is on a white 2011 Range Rover, this is a Discovery.

 

It’s also not a private plate. My bet is they’ve fitted the OV plate as it’s a white Land Rover, possibly their other car or something, to avoid taxing and insuring this. The 07 plate in the advert has no tax since March.
