It was to do with a post in a for sale thread, for a VW. The seller had started a project, apparently got something else and had decided to break the car to get his money back, as he couldn't sell it as a project. Mr B's comment was something along the lines of "A car survives 30 years unmolested then ends up being scrapped because you got another project. Well done!" That comment sparked a whole new thread in the General section.
