The thing that strikes me most about that video is the complete lack of well, anything from the general public. No-one bats an eyelid! I'd be flapping my arms a bit with my mouth wide open if one drove past, if there were two I'd probably wee myself! Even old people who probably remember them/had one don't so much as look!

Yeah you would expect the old folks to be looking, but as much as I like 'em, Blandcrabs were the first in a long line of BMC/BL cars that people only bought because they were British... so not that fondly remembered.

That's Bristol for you. If the cars had been a Hummer and a PT Cruiser with added chrome 'styling', those bystanders would have stood pointing with mouths open (as opposed to just walking around with mouths open).
