On London Gumtree. Am I right in thinking this is plastic? If so it won't be of interest to scrap men. Doesn't seem to have a chassis or running gear. Nothing to do with me, phone Susannah on 07980728467

The DVLA says the reg couldn't be found, though auto check says it is a Fox van, and it should be beige!

You could have some fun with that. Saw a Reliant Robinbody today that sat atop a custom tractor-pulling chassis and was fitted with a Rootes TS3 diesel! (that's two-stroke, 3-cylinder, 6-pistons and a bloody great noise!)

I didn't get pics, but one of my colleagues did. I'll try and grab 'em later.

If Glastonbury's getting on your tits but you fancy some music, have a YouTube session on Rootes TS3 for some aural treats.

They are fibreglass not plastic,if no-one takes it and the owner can hang onto it for a few months i would suggest donating it to the local bonfire on nov 5th :) ,its a convenient way of getting rid of old Reliant bodies, ive done it myself in the past.

Thanks for posting Fred. I've put it up on the Reliant forum, hope someone gets it!

 I know they are made of fibreglass, in the same way I know cars are made of steel not tin, but cars still get refereed to as tin! Patrick I hope somebody gets it too, that was the idea of posting it, I am not fond of plastic cars, but just burning em is a waste!

I've made the information available to the Fiat 127 community, since windscreens are in short supply for those and the Fox uses the same screen.

That said, nae bugger wanted the screen from my 127 until someone I know who owns a Tandy Fox came along needing one. :(

Fox bodies come up occasionally since kitten owners can use the galvanised chassis under their cars and the lower values of Foxes (Tandy excepted) sees some broken for that chassis.
