Can there be anything better cruising about in a floppy top on a sunny day, top down, listening to the blues?

I was enjoying the working A/C on my A8 on a very warm Saturday there but I realised then that I much prefer to embrace the warm weather in a soft top. Inside a chilled car I feel like I am missing or hiding away from the sun.

Yes - doing so whilst slightly* overweight with an ever-growing bald patch that's turned to a particularly vibrant shade of dog-dick red.

Added bonus of being in one of MGs fine flip-flop paint shades called 'Spectre' (mainly pink..... or is that a manly pink?)

Those MGF/MGTF are coming up so cheaply. I keep looking but as the fleet is already up to four, I cannot justify/get permission for another car.

This is exactly what I'm doing, tbh. Even better now I've got a car with a rear sun blind.
