It's a Mercedes-Benz SSK (Supersport Kurz). Kurz is German for short, as in short wheel base.

The rectangle lights were seen on the more basic L and S models that were sold on main land Europe. We didn't get them in the UK.

The old Spanish Pilen diecast had them
