Could be on to something there actually! I did. access the boot at the end of that day and it hasn’t acted up since 

XM central locking is always exciting

Might be worth cleaning and lubing all your latches, locks, hinges and door check straps after all the salt there's been on the roads.

Water pump, put rad weld in and all sorted

Using it again as 30mpg in the Picasso is no good at all

hydropenumatic suspension is phenomenal when you’ve driven sprung for a week or so
