I need to pick up a car tomorrow, and will have to rely on public transport if I can't find another driver.Can anyone help? I am in Basildon, Essex and the car is in Watford.I will be happy to throw in a tenner for your services!

Get the train, ask the seller / whoever to meet you at the station.I do it about 10 times a week, seems to work for me.

Thats what I plan to do, but it will be a Sunday, and there are works/ replacement bus services everywhere!Last time I took a train to get a car I spent 5 1/2 hrs on public transport!!

What about just the bus? Don't rely on google's public transport option, though. :shock:
