Behold! It's a JDM Infiniti Q45! With working AC!!

Obligatory Petrol station shot, let's see if I can make it back to Newcastle on the 3.5h drive! One rear tire is pretty dry rotten... More soon!

Lovely. Although the current wheels (which I assume are the originals) look more suited to a Primera, they are still better than the chrome ones.

Plus chrome wheels have a lifetime measurable in weeks in the British climate. The ones Ford offered as an option on high spec Mondeo Mk2s - we used to replace them all the time under warranty after the winter salt stripped the finish off - after the second or third set the customer usually accepted something else that was more durable!

Yeah, the chrome wheels on my Lincoln imported from the states have lasted surprisingly well, the ones on my other Lincoln that has lived in Germany haven't at all. And yes, these are actually Primera wheels, the original car would have had genuine BBS alloys or a disc design so popular in the late 80s/early 90s. I don't think there was a Nissan with these types of wheels available in Europe so I'll probably end up having to spend a lot of money on aftermarket BBS wheels to achieve the right look again. The wheels really are letting it down right now.
