Fitting a revcounter

Recommended Posts

Among other things I have a revcounter that I would like to fit to my Triumph 1300 whilst I'm doing all these improvements to it. It's an electric one and the same size as the speedo so I'm going to try and fit it in the binnacle and move the combination instrument elsewhere. This may sound like a daft question, but what do I connect it to?

Yep, the coil. However, make sure the wire from the coil is well insulated, as if it earths it cuts the engine out.
