My 205 Mardi Gras

Hi folks,

So, had my 205 in for the cam belt change, and a once over in a local garage.

They also sorted a few bits ou as well, which was great.

They said that the car all looks good in the main, but with a few things to keep an eye on. Mainly, a metal coolant pipe located behind the wing (rusty as feck).

Can I ask the good people here, would either of these fit:

Both will fit, baker BM are terrible for postage though.

Did you see the Mardy Grass 205 on eBay tat thread? £600, might make a useful donor if you need any bits

There's a Mardis Gras TD in upper Weardale you might get some bits from if needs be.

Any bit of straight 35mm O.D stainless pipe would do the job there, but yes I believe these are the same across 205s and will fit.

Morning folks,

So, my hatch started working on the 205 last week with the central locking 👍, however, it has stopped working now....and....the key will not open it now as well!!

So, tried google/youtube to try and find if the 205 has a manual release from inside the car, not much luck.....apart from this link:
