a Corrado 4x4 might be easyCorrados had Passat rear suspension so probably a Passat syncro rear end would just bolt on

Someone made a Citroen XM / Land Rover Defender Hybrid - with Landy body and XM running gear, which I kinda thought defeated the object slightly as it was still only 2WD

And! someone did the opposite to the above^ it was a land rover derived thing that had the hydraulics from a DS. IIRC the chassis was completely bespoke on it.

Umm, I don't think they wanted to do that to the Challenger, not if it's a pukka '71 'vert....would be worth megabuxxx if they hadn't ruined it like that...

Just at the wrong moment, I can't find a pic of a MGB Rangey, like is in this month's PC. Dammit. I fancy a 4x4'd Marina fastback myself. With a small block Chevy in it.

Interesting choice using a '78 Toyota Hi-lux as the donor for an XK120

All Toyota except the fiberglass body.

The stunning beauty of this XK120 was melded with the power, durability and efficiency of a 1978 Toyota Hi-Lux Pick-Up, 20R Engine and 5-speed manual transmission. This co-joining solved all of the long-term mechanical problems and expenses that a modern Jaguar owner confronts with this type of Classic.
