Judging by the UD on the window I think it's a vintage United Dairies Smith's Electric milk float...I could be wrong

Reminds me of an old OGRI cartoon, where he was fed up with trucks blinding him, so he rigged up a frame around his handlebars, with shitloads of lamps on. Made it look like a truck in the dark, and at 100mphplus, he certainly got through!!!!!!
