Not shite related, but the Christmas preparations were made even more stressful when the cruel hand of fate dealt it's hand today, I'd gone up into the loft to fetch a few things down and discovered the the felt lining on the inside of the roof was absolutely running in condensation!In the panic to cover my youngest boys model railway layout to prevent any more damage from the virtual monsoon of dropping water, I put my foot where I shouldn't which was accompanied by a fairly audible crack, I gingerly lifted the insulation material and blew a big sigh of relief as there appeared to be no damage, this was very short lived however when 'er indoors let out a banshee like howl and came running from the bedroom with hair full of plaster, I was then invited down from the loft to view a rather large crack in the ceiling in the bedroom Great, that means a possible bout of festive DIY Anyhow, I won't let it spoil things too much, a very merry Christmas to shiters one and all

I too have a condensation issue in the loft and have been waiting since the twelfth of never for the roofer to come and install some more ventilation up there.
