Those V6 engines are an inlet manifold off to change the rear bank of 3 plugs, well it is when the engine is in an x-Type.  It is not a bad job if you are methodical

Yeah it was an easy job when I did the 3.0 v6 plugs. But that engine was out. Didn’t look a hard job, just make sure to get new fanimold gaskets just incase. I ordered new plugs from Rockauto, using a 2004 Ford Fusion V6 as a guide. Top of the range iridium plugs for half the cost of basic plugs over here.
