Renault Alpine trapped

Saw this posted on another forum I use and thought it would appeal to shiters..

 

Alpine sandwiched between a wall and a 16ft iron container. Not much chance of it escaping I dont think.

 

Apparently local twats stand on the wall drinking and throw bottles etc down at it.

That one is actually a very rare car. It is an A310 V6 -GT PACK. The GT Pack was the extra wide body kit and those special wheels.Quote---In the later Models of the A310 a "GTPack" which was inspired from the Group4 A310 racing cars would be developed, it gain wheel arches, larger spoilers front and rear, the V6 was bored out to a 2.9 L motor was modified by Alpine, fitted with 3x Weber 42DCNF carburetors that pushed power to 193 hp (144 kW).

When I get around to sorting mine out, one of them will have to go and I expect it to go back to France or Germany because they are very cheap here.

It could well be a standard one with the 'body-kit' tacked on as they could be bought from a few different sources. Same with the wheels. It's difficult to be certain without seeing it in the flesh (and even then it's difficult).Great shame though.................

If they need help, I'm not far and will try.One of mine is 'for sale' (1977 A310 V6) although It's not MOTd at the moment.
