HMC
I’m sure I’m not the only one who has developed ways of tapping into the seam of shite on the internet amongst the hoards of respectable stuff that normal people aspire to. What are your favoured options when searching- and any hints or tips to share? Fairly recently e bay - on the non desktop version has added the option to order a search “age- oldest first” This is particularly good when applied just to the car rather than classic car section as you get right into the older stuff that people are not dressing up as a classic (and hiking up the price) hence shite central. Add a price limit and off you go. A simple nearest first under £500 found me my road legal citroen £500 GS on gumtree in 2018. I try a few other things but the “oldest first” on ebay cars section is my newest trick which is probably not news to most of you. So what are your go to search options and tips/ tricks for finding that beige base spec oddity amongst the cannon fodder?
