Anyone recognise this car? Alan Gold - Edinburgh area

Hi guys,

Someone on one of my Facebook pages is hunting for an old car of theirs.

It is on SORN and has valid insurance, but was last MOT'd back in 2014.

This picture is the only one I can find online, taken by a chap called Alan Gold somewhere in the Edinburgh area back in 2015, found on his Flikr profile. He is a member of the Autoshite Flikr group.

I know its a long shot but the valid insurance tells me its probably out there sitting somewhere.
