Well yesterday started for me like this:

No money shot as the money business was sorted out earlier.

As my lolly is in yoyos, time it was shifted into pounds...

then shift from my pounds account to the vendor, quickly and effortlessly. With that paided it was time to do some other stuff.

with that out of the way, moar computery stuff to do.

tax done. £23 a month. Job jobbed.

Now excuse me for the lousy collection pics. I'm sitting here in Ireland and I'm doing this semi-remotely. I have a friend "MT" who happens to work 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off and fortunately, he happens to be on his fortnight off. So a three-way conversation is set up with me, him and vendor.

Vendor also heads over to gov.uk and sorts out V5C change.

In the meantime, I head off to work.

WhatsApp co-ordination goes well and initial collection is achieved at around teatime.

First news from MT is at 20:33. He is at Carlisle after a quick McD's and a fag run to ASDA. I wonder about the smokes as he reportedly bought some earlier ("B&H Sky Blue" - WTF?1? - he told me they were cheapest at WH Smith, Waverley) Also mentioned was first fill up. I take it he wasn't at a supermarket as it was £88.

21:19 report: he's stuck in stationary traffic on the A74(M) because accident ahead. See's three fire engines go past. Followed by a further specialist cutting one shortly after.

01:14 report: still here, been 4hrs. Apparently southbound car flipped over barrier and hit two northbound cars. Messy.

02:20 report: Road still closed, finally gets turned round but still sitting stationary albeit facing t'other way.

05:51 report: Got home 05:30. Off to his kip.
