Aww, how could you say no to that little face?  I want to adopt it.  Truely awful colour and the steering wheel's in the wrong place but somehow these are so much more appealing than a Panda, definitely high on my want list.  And it's mega, mega late too, I had no idea they were still making these that recently.

Are you sure about that? As I recall ford was the only one of the big 3 that didn't get a massive 'bail out'. It did remortgage all its factories a few years before the crash though I think.

:smile:  I'm quite glad it's a. miles away and b. ambitiously priced otherwise I'd be all over it like a cheap pair of bermuda shorts - frankly I can't see that being worth more than £300 on a good day to someone intending to keep it in the UK, despite being a relative of the Panda it seems to be a totally unloved model and the LHD plus colour combo pretty much seal its fate.

 

Still, in the interests of preservation I might offer him £25 to take it away tomorrow assuming AlexG's business idea doesn't take off.

Well then we bailed out the fuggin banks. Directly, or indirectly, we paid for their daftness one way or the other.

Same fuggin difference, really. Fact is I'm still paying for a fuggin Jag without it being parked in my driveway.

I was getting reet angry about the black MG Metro...... indeed. What a bloody waste, but the fact it's in Franceland and is LHD makes it a little more bearable.
