I'm off to have a little lie down.

And gaffer tape my bidding finger to the back of my neck.

Is it just me, but I thought it was illegal to not have wheel arches of some description. There seem to be more and more of these abortions appearing now. All with modern running gear and a pre '60 id so they get away with the mot. I suspect VOSA will start clamping down on them sooner or later. Mods are fine as long as it is period using parts available at the time.

It's nowt new is it?  People have been putting V8s in Model A's since time began.

Yeah, and ditching the mudguards is probably the most period correct mod there is.

Not on a 50s PU mind you. That horrible abomination there should be crushed by the good taste police.

Buy it!

WorldofCeri delivery service available.  In fact, I'm coming to S. Wales on Saturday anyway....

I was rather hoping someone else on here would buy it - we have lots of serial Ford-fettlers who could give that Sierra the unspecified love it apparently needs (though it looks ok in the photos).

It deffo needs to be in the AS family, though.

Edit: What's going on with the window in the NSF door?

Do pop by for a cup of tea if you're anywhere near Swansea.  There are biscuits too.

Thanks.  I'm at a BBQ somewhere near Caerphilly but I won't impose any extra mileage on the family unless dangly mirrors are involved!

Ah.  Mumbles is a surprisingly long way from Caerphilly, especially without the lure of dangly mirrors.  Thank you muchly for the delivery service offer though, and I wish you joy and sunshine at the barbecue.

I've added the Sierra to my watch list on the (very) remote chance that something dramatically positive happens on the cashflow and dry storage fronts in the next 6 days.  Meanwhile, somebody else please intervene.

Summers over now, we had that one hot day the other week.

So get ready for winter, and do it in style.

You know when you see a supercar being delivered, and its comes in a space ship container, that's probably dehumidified, and someone feeds its grapes at travels along.

Well this is the new shitely delivery vehicle, cars held down with bungee cords, old washing line and some rope a fisherman from cromer donated.

Estimated delivery time 6-8 weeks.
