Just noticed that if you click on some Autotrader links in this topic, the page that opens displays a postcode, presumably the postcode entered into Autotrader by whoever made the post here.

Possibly something to watch if you are keen to protect your anonymity?

Some other links just insert my own postcode but eg the Vauxhall Carlton one doesn't. WTF?

(Edited)

To stop the postcode appearing don't copy and paste the whole like, just copy and paste it up until the end of the ad number. So that would be: http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201312240678115/ rather than the really massive links that you get otherwise.

I like to keep my own postcode on Wife Trader so when I search for cars I can know where they are. The long links always reset the entered postcode.

2dr Range Rovers seem much more plentiful & rust free on the continent. I've been thinking about getting one from Frenchyland myself.

I hope that copart Granada isn't eddyramrod's old one.

I thought that when I first saw it on the FB group, but no... it has better seats and the proper gearbox.  But, an early one, in Miami Blue, how spooky!  Mine was finally registered RBY 879K, in case anyone sees it about.  Last seen on ebay, wearing mk1 Ghia alloys (incorrect) and blackwalls, and a pair of BFO spots in the corners of the grille.  OK, I had come to hate the fucker, but it didn't deserve chavving like that.
