I do hope no harm comes to that car.

Well the cunt lives over 200 miles from me so if anything does its fuck all to do with me, though he does deserve it

I meant it in a sarcastic way rather than say “anyone who see’s it, give it a kick..” because that would be incitement.

Yeah I did wonder if you meant it in a sarcastic way

Turns out the cunt has caused a bit more damage than I thought, there is a bit of a dent on the wheel arch so I've put a claim in against the twats insurance, bollocks to him, of course he hadn't reported it as I suspected, but that's his problem

Eccles dropped off for MOT, oil and filter change and to get the airbag light sorted

Airbag light turned out to be caused by a broken wire, so not a major issue

Eccles is booked into bodyshop on 19th August, they will have him for 3 days. Turns out the cunt had done even more damage than I thought, the wheelarch liner is also broken.

It appears my email to the police chasing up about the incident has done some good as I received an email from the collision investigation unit yesterday saying they are investigating, so we shall see what happens. Eccles goes into bodyshop tomorrow for repair.

Picked up the hire car this morning courtesy of Mercedescunts insurance

Still got the hire car at the moment, the repairs to Eccles have overrun so won't get him back until Tuesday. Just means Mercedescunts insurance is paying for an extra 4 days hire, never mind. Don't give a fuck about the effect on his premium, it could be 10000% loading for all I care.  I like the hire car, the aspect I'm not keen on though is the infotainment screen, it looks like it's been plonked on the dash as an afterthought

Taking Eccles for a run out today to the Mid Suffolk Light Railway

Well there's a surprise, the police can't be bothered to take any action against Mercedescunt. I have asked them for an explanation as to why but doubt I will get one. It wouldn't surprise me if this isn't the first time he's done this to someone and it won't be the last. They had better not come wanting help from me in future as it won't be forthcoming. I just hope the next time he damages someone's property and gives them attitude they lay the fucking scumbag out.

According to the government website Eccles is subject to an outstanding recall, but the Ford recall checker says he isn't, anyone any idea if he is or not?

The government website doesn't say, all it says is subject to an outstanding recall

Been over near Liverpool for a couple of days, we went to Speke Hall yesterday and Knowsley Safari Park today. Eccles has done around 250 miles this trip so far.

The 1.5 TDCI had a batch of faulty DPFs that would crack, solution is the updated part and a software update. Might be that.

Maybe your local dealer might help?

As an update to this I did get a response from the police, basically the witness didn't hear anything that was said unfortunately so its my word against Mercedescunts,of course he's telling lies to save his own skin saying g I said don't worry about it I'm not going to take it further, which is bollocks. Just hope the cunt shat himself when the police went knocking.

There's a thread in going through that and seeing whether they still exist/sell Ford/are at that site, I reckon.

Quite probably, one of the Facebook groups I'm on is to do with past and present Ford dealers

Eccles has had another new front suspension arm, the previous warranty replacement has failed within months.
