Leather Seat Repairs

I've found a cheapish set of Recaros for the Puma,but the driver's seat needs a repair.Anyone had anything like this done,and what sort of price would I be looking at?   Cheers.

If the leather is holed it will need the panel replacing. It could be patched but being in a high wear area the patch would probably fail over time.

Haven't actually got them yet,that's just the seller's picture.It looks like the leather has worn through,so the panel would need replacing.

It looks more like vinyl and the top surface has peeled off.

So panel replacement needed. The only problem is colour match.

I just had a Recaro retrimmed in exactly the same place. Cost £200.

They've got handles both sides so I'd start by swapping the back parts from seat to seat, so then your repair is only on the inside of the passenger side and will last a lot longer.

The side panel will be plastic and the facing will be leather, my 172 seats are the same.
