Not seen it before ( it was also 1800 miles north lol)

 

Saw other states in the car park even other Louisiana but without the underneath

 

Any idea

Commercial includes vehicles for hire, so most rentals get an N prefix here.

 

My pickup truck is light commercial, B prefix, under half ton light commercial gets Y.. school buses A, just a classifier for the way the vehicle is registered.

 

Regular "pelican" plates are currently (111 AAA), they just finished (AAA 111), with the space in the middle as the 7th character.
