Thanks to all that attended, it was an enjoyable event - even if we failed to buy a nice* car.

Whats with all that white stuff ? Glad I stayed at home nice and dry down here in the west country and none of this snow shit ! If the roffle rolls over to January I will have to try and get up for the next one.

Mr Bacon's Colombian marching powder arrived during the night.  Just as well shenanigans was yesterday!

Sssh, stop disturbing me. I'm watching Conrad's video to see what happens.

Had a think about this over night -

I think I'll round it up to £180, and donate £90 to Charity, with the remaining £90 carried forward into an end Jan Roffle pot.

Set at £5 per ticket, we'd have £385 to play with (£90 rollover, £295 from 2nd roffle).

I'll get the donation done later today:)

Donation done to SAMH (Scottish Association for Mental Health)

As they have helped out a few mates of mine over the years.

Thanks everyone for taking part!

I'll start the Jan thread mid Jan and set up the roffle to be done by sat 27th Jan

That sounds like the best result we could have hoped for, and nearly four hundred shekels should provide a decent* vehicle in January (when everyone's credit card bills come in from Christmas and everyone's either staying at home, or offloading their family car to pay Very for all the Xboxes they bought in December)

I'm sure Sloth can put up scans of this week's auction catalogue to show what excitement £385 would have purchased (had you not been totally invisible)

Good decision, donations from the heart always mean more - particularly to charities closer to home (in more ways than one!).
