Popular stuff!

Out of the 1/72ish stuff I can see some things that would look look good in my potential model station car park: Can I please have the 3 series Touring, the 206 in appliance white and a Capri in the most worrying colour still available?

(Note for purists: OO gauge is 1/76 but it's so close to 1/72 that I don't mind mixing the two: my idea is to have one of those really amateur aeroplane museums like Tangmere close to a heritage railway. This will allow for a random mix of stock and a mix of vehicles in the car park, because people drive their classic cars to these places.)

All set aside for you, fella. Worrying Green ok for the Capri?

Can I ask that your next batch is posted around 2am as you did before, so I get first dibs again during my morning, erm, bowel movements.

I would be delighted and honoured to continue to synchronise my sales with your sit-down adventures... I'd like to think there's a delightful metaphor in there somewhere.

If you're a massive fan of Johnny Lightning diecast, it's probably the safest place to be at 8am tomorrow morning since I've just found a box of the blighters I forgot I had...

request total from seller

Ooh... erm... letsee... you were after the pair of Corgi Metros, the Corgi caravan and the Matchbox Superkings caravan, yes? Was there anything else I've missed from the thread that you were after?

Total for those four is... eh... £7.50 all in would do it.

I have a proposition.

I have reserved from this fine model emporium 3 vehicles, a Renault 30, 18 and Simca/ Talbot Alpine.

I will be away this weekend and might not be able to access the interweb.

Could I deposit £25 with you by whichever means suits and leave it up to you to add anything to my package that you think suitable, based on my specialist interests, ie Everyday French or English shit from the 70's/80's ?

I do not need to know what is in there, in fact would prefer not to know. My offspring can take delivery and ration them out as Fathers Day, birthday gifts etc.

Y'know, that sounds like a fine lucky bag proposition... I'd be up for that.

1/43 scale, displayable condition, no exotics... I think I can manage something suitable for sir!

There's a few randoms that fit the bill quite well, which I only refound tonight and haven't posted up yet. I think you might like them.

Will PM you PayPal details later, sure - thanks!

Apologies if this thread is no longer synching with folks' morning ablutions - fell asleep in bed waiting for the pics to transfer across from the phone by Bluetooth, so no overnight updates forthcoming. D'oh indeed.

Johnny Lightnings to appear imminently - if that kind of thing floats yer boat.

Oh, and two other random loose Cararama that turned up in the bottom of the box while allocating out people's purchases last night:

***SOLD*** Chevrolet Caprice & BMW E39:

Some small rubbing marks on both, no chipping though.

£0.50 each, to clear!

Right then. Johnny Lightnings.

I've been in two minds about these. I started collecting them up between 2004 and 2007; mostly sourced from Ebay at ruinous postage costs and by pestering family members into bringing them back from the US in their hand luggage.

Although I still think they'd make a lovely little collection in, say, a box frame - my heart really just isn't in it. Not when I have other models to display.

Be aware that all of these have been opened, as is my wont - some of these have the 'resealable' packaging, but they're all being sold as opened models. 'Kay?

I'm knocking them out at £5 each, posted - except for the Starsky & Hutch double set, which is £12.

There's twenty of the buggers, so if anyone wants to nip in first and take the whole lot for £70 posted, then you're very welcome. It's a bit of a mish-mash, but I don't know what you 'orrible lot collect so knock yourselves out!

***EDIT: As there wasn't much interest in these, I realised that what put me off them was mostly related to the packaging, and my feelings of guilt at having (gasp!) opened them. So I took them all out, recycled the packaging, and will display them as proposed at some point. I'm sure there's enough unopened collector versions left in the world...
