Anyone done a C384 for a car already in the UK ?

Any non-VAT person can give me some guidance on C384 for a car already in the UK ...like where to send the from when it's completed?

Yes I have.   The unhelpful answer is that the import agent submitted mine so I'm not sure where it was sent, I just filled in all the forms and they dealt with it.
