EK is one of my closest stores and theyre now out of stock there, same with Braehead, Paisley, Rutherglen, Glasgow, Irvine, Kilmarnock. Infact the only one its saying still has one is 60miles away in Dumfries. Fuck that!

I've seen the £80 set before and coveted it but I couldn't afford it at the time. The quality so far seems impressive.

I have a small Lidl set that I use for light and clean jobs, it's brilliant. I have a full size Halfords pro one that is great but I will get another Lidl one for the car if I see one.

I couldn't put a link up as the eBay advert disappeared after about 5 minutes but the Halfords store on eBay was doing the 28 piece 3/8 socket set again yesterday for £12.50 with free delivery to your home address.

 

I managed to get one but like I said when I went to put the link up 5 minutes later the things had disappeared again so I guess they must have found a couple of more sets down the back of the sofa.

 

It's worth checking daily though, I just typed in Halfords Advanced and the set popped up but there seems to be quite a few new sets now knocking about on eBay with a markup.
