Have you tried auto / national windscreens etc, last time I checked they had a whole range of weirdness in stock.

Alternative the insurance paid for a screen to be shipped from Aus for my old Holden

Fair enough, really. Bob broke the glass himself, by accident [not 'baby locked in car SHOCK!] and is unsure if anything (at less than the cars worth££) be worn by the Ins.

Hence.... D.I.Y.

You found one?

These were popular in NZ if you cant find one over here. Trademe.co.nz is their eBay so might be worth a shot if other options fail

For reasons of 'national security' [& to prevent shill bidding up].... His name will remain >> a Mysteron!

We all know who he is.....  ;)

A fellah has 'popped up', over on the Toyyo Forum, claiming to have the glass in his posession... UK too.

You might want to try Uroglas in Bromsgrove (01527 577477) or Ian Foggett (0121 633 3923).

Possibly* an internationally renowned Glass Corporation may sort out an office boy to pop over the road, in a far off country - where a piece of glass [the correct one] is alleged to be stocked >> but the stockist won't ship 'worldwide'  :-(  - and have it DHL back to Blighty  :-P

..... we will see .....

Belay that last Optimism..... :(

.... how hard does this need to be?*

*rhetorical question flagged.

"NewZealand... We're counting on YOU!!" ;)

Anyone here 'up to speed' with Southern Ireland breakers?

I ask cos a search of dundeel has revealed 2x Carina (with windows!!) for sale as runners.

Do old Toyyos go straight to Africa/export??

... or end up with 'dawgs' in them, on a 1/4 acre??

Straight to export mainly

:( ...... gahhh :/

Can he not manage with a piece of Perspex? Also has he tried a wander round the pits talking to people at a banger meeting?

.... I'm unaware of his 'freetime' excursions :/

However, a really 'enthusiastic' breakerboi offered him one - he attempted to explain 'hidden screws/latch' but was dismissed "we know what we're doinn, m8"

... and promptly broke it! :(

Bangernommiks innitt

Ah well...
