Is this the dash by day thread, or something?

I am also confused. What about dash by twilight? Not quite as dark as dash by night but not as unflattering as dash by day

Maybe you should rename it so it becomes a dash by day thread, rather than deleting it? - That way, people can post photos of their dash in the daytime - or maybe both day and night pictures?
