Cars you would - but would'nt

I'm not a particularly material bloke, but it does upset me greatly that I will never ever own one of these.

 

 

I've got 4 children, and am quietly confident that this all the car I'd ever need and ever want.  But it's very hard to justify over ten large for a car over ten years old that'll give you a cool 20mpg and that the wife will flatly refuse to drive owing to its size.

 

Actually makes me sad.

Geezer I know bought one of those Land Cruiser Amazon things new on an R reg. It's on about 250k miles now, somehow it still looks like new.

 

Watching the prices on the things going mental I'm beginning to suspect that the bloody thing may have been the most sensible new car buy I've ever known.

Or a lifted Rolls Royce with the back chopped off and a scruffy wooden pick up bed on it and big fat stupid wheels.
