Can't comment on the Mondeo but a mate has an ST170 Feck-Arse and it passed the 200K mark last month, still looks pretty good and doesn't cost much (fuel aside) to run and he's still happy with it after five years and 120K miles of his ownership.

So heres the pinapple spec filter I removed. Complete with damaged MAF housing and kerwality mounting system.

So anyway. Popped into the local Halfords to replace a broken ratchet earlier. Something I've been meaning to do for months.

While I was there, waiting for oik to fetch manager over the lifetime warranty (all sorted by the way) I figured I'd peruse the cleaning kits.

Bought a Much Off kit, a lot of the stuff I've used on my bikes and rate it as making cleaning a bit easier. I also bought a pair of lime green buckets for a quid each.

Got home, gave the focus a quick scrub.

Also arrived home just in time to get the windows regulator for the Mondeo from the friendly Amazon courier.

Thanks :).

Cleaning it highlighted a few issues that need my attention.

There's a few bodywork niggles that I already knew about.

The lights are condensating in cold weather, so that want sorting out.

The wheels are in dire need of refinishing.
