This is a show held every Good Friday,it was originally just Hot Rods & Custom Cars but now it seems to be open to anything a bit unusual. It was a good turnout today despite the weather, but my camera decided to lose a lot of it's memory so I didn't get many pics :(

Missed your Triumph :( ,I did see something interesting in the week though. It was a MK 2 Estate, which the owner told me was factory fitted with a Stag engine.Unfortunately it's off the road at the moment as the wheel studs sheared & he lost a wheel

Bloody queue! While waiting I had time to go to the loo , buy a monster ice cream and consume it - and the queue still hadn't moved!

HmmmThis sounds like one of the Del Lines converted cars, but not sure??Any clues to its location,is it black?

This looks almost unreal, like it's just been plopped into a field from a PIXAR movie. Quality. That whatever it is next to it looks bloody cracking too.

'Wheels day' is an event that I've been longing to go to for years. Unlikely to ever chuffing happen though. I get my annual "quota" of shows filled with piss-poor 'Andrew Greenwood' snoozefests.

Yes,it was black. It was located near Frensham, the owner also had a Jensen CV8 under a cover.

Thqat Matador is the loveliest thing I've seen this year. Suicide doors FTW :D

Nice to see not all old hearses make it to the banger track :D

That Matador is a work of art 8)

That Matador is fantastic 8) A slightly later version (one-piece screen and less manic looks) was built under licence by Jensen but with a B-series engine. I wonder if one of those might just be slumbering somewhere......

Looks a good day - I was heading there till the heavens opened so went to Brooklands, where I spotted either the same or the twin of that yellow Cortina Estate when I was leaving

I was there too....at 4pm when it finally stopped raining. I saw pandamonium going in the opposite direction on the dual carriageway towards Farnborough as I was on my way in.I took a good few photos - will post a link up later.
