Whittlebury Country Fair photos

The Maxi made its show debut yesterday at this small local event, which seems to be principally a dog show with other supporting attractions tagged on around it. Sadly the poor weather meant the turnout of cars was fairly low but there were still a few interesting things. Six-cylinder was also there so he gets the honour of being the first shiter to see the Maxi in the flesh.

You've got a proper grille badge!  Well done, looks 100% better.  I rather like the black painted bars on the grille though, you're allowed to keep those ;-)

Well spotted. That badge was in the boot and we figured out it would fit on the later grille. It does look so much better and it's amazing what a difference such a small change has made.

Maxi looks to be in good company there....I actually like damp car shows as they are a lot easier to photograph without all that chair and picnic clutter everywhere.   Also, less MGBs turn up.
