Mod suggestions required

So, having exchanged my trendy scene-mobile for a povo-spec Starlet , my friendly inurance broker suggested that I should modify it, thus avoiding the need to cancel my chav policy and be financially bum-raped for the privilege. Apparently having phat speakerzz in the back doesn't count as a 'mod' (and I can't afford any slot-mags) so is there ANYTHING sensible that I can do to keep it legal? If all else fails, I'll zip-tie an old Transit oil-cooler to the grille, complete with hoover-pipe sections disappearing into the engine bay.

Just get a set of Celica or Corrolla alloys off t'ebay, stick them on. Should be enough.Or a really wanky spoiler from Halfords or summat, just to take the piss......

Bucket seats, Xenons, Bull bar, Sunroof, Flip-Flop or Vreeble paint, that should keep them satisfied!!! What about a Vinyl Roof?

What, and lose the glorious, gleaming red factory paintjob? And what about the fantastic, wallowy ride? How would I ever negotiate the local speedbumps at 50mph with chopped springs?
