E34 525i Anyone?

Just asking the question for a friend at work, he's looking for a change and so is going to be selling his 525i towards the end of the month. It's an M reg in metallic dark green, really good condition (no kerbing of alloys, drivers seat is in great nick being two of the best pointers) and no rust. Toolkit still in boot. Electric goodies all work, all trim is where it should be and whilst it's not massively economical, it's no worse than a 2.5 6-pot should be.Waltzed through the last MoT, and before he owned it it was my boss's so I've known the car for a while, always been reliable. I do know it's just had the track rod ends done and think it's had the brakes done at the last service (by a proper mechanic, so I would assume pads and disks all round but will check).He did forget to mention what tax and test it has though, for which I shall tut at him tomorrow.Anyone fancy some pictures or need me to ask any questions? He's totally unsure on price, there's some for over a grand still on ebay (dreamers....) and there's some ratty ones for £400 or so so probably aiming somewhere between the two figures given the excellent condition.

These can still command good money, if there later with a good spec. Leather, Air etc. There a good drive aswell, and better built than the e30 and e36.The m50 single vanos 2.5 is one of BMW's finest aswell. Is it manual or Auto?

It's a manuel, cloth trim but think it has working aircon.
