For sale my Rover 800 saloon, I bought this a couple of months ago as I've never had one, and they are getting rare, but I've just bought a Jag XJ6 so this has to go. I bought it off an old chap who'd had it 10 years, no expense has been spared on maintenance and there are kids of receipts to back this up, it had the top end rebuilt, head gasket and cam belt changed and has done less than 9000 miles since. Spec includes,
Automatic
full Leather interior
Air conditioning
4 electric windows
Tow bar with twin electrics
Fully working Motorola car phone!
The interior is in excellent condition with no rips to the leather but could do with a clean, and the head lining is sagging slightly.

There are no rust issues with the car as there are on so may of these, but the paint isn't the best, and there have been some OAP DIY paint repairs I have photographed the worst! Al 4 tyres and the spare have plenty of life in them.

Really I'm just after a sale, but I may P/X or swap for a diesel!

Thought not... got any pics? What engine does it have? I take it when you say "cambelt" changed its a 2.0 as the KV6 has 3 cambelts.

Ah! Soz chap, missed out by a year. Had a 2.7 827 Coupe but sold it as I wasn't jelling with it. Currently have a Mk2 825 Sterling saloon, same as yours but with a 2.5 petrol engine, another 827 Mk2 Sterling and 3 Mk1 800s.

I saw that floating around faceache a while ago. Interesting spec - an SLi I take it, rather than a full-fat Sterling? (I'm not looking to buy, just curious because I already have one!).
