This has been bothering me all day, as I'm actively trying to purchase a small Fiat for Mrs Cade.

I'm gonna be brutally honest here- all my opinion only though, and I'm a bit odd about cars.

I see 2 dents on the offside wing, this bothers me. I see a crack on the front bumper nearside, and it looks to me like the nearside rear door and quarter have been painted. I saw the car advertised before I knew it was a shiters. Bodywork annoys me as it's a pain to do without proper facilities, and you can never ever make it totally invisible, whereas a timing belt replacement or a wheel bearing is nuts and bolts and adds to the history, and easy for me to do on the drive.

I looked at a Panda earlier today, sounded spot on- years ticket, service history, decent colour, right price. Turned up to it and every panel had a dent, scrape or scratch. These didn't show in the photo's but I was very dissapointed as it was a good wee car, jut would never instill any "pride of ownership" without a full respray. I know there are MINT cars out there for 2-300 quid more and this doesn't buy a lot of paintwork..

The old saying, "There's a bum for every seat". 'Tis true

Kids, who buy many Punto's,worry about dentz and wheelz and couldn't give a flying f*ck if the sumps full of sludge. History means nuttin, so cars are traded from yoof to yoof via facebook.

Going by the photos I'd say this was just around the corner from me. Mulberry Drive?

Since it's eBay, I'd say it was too coherent, didn't contain any ranting about taking people to court for time wasting, didn't have any spurious claims of containing parts of German manufacture (BMW engines in these innit?) and the photos were too good. Also, not enough pink Comic Sans in 72 pt.

Now sold to Richard, who turned up on time, paid in real money and was a pleasure to deal with. :)
