Over enthusiastic Gumtree person came to look at the espace when I wasn't there then offered £300.

Other messages included: I'm 100% buying the car it's the most awesome ever. I've even got templates to remake the carpets lol...

Then she said she couldn't make it 2 nights in a row then she went to look at it without my consent and offered £300.

 

I searched her phone number on facebook to see if it was actually someone I know on the wind up but it was indeed Tracy from Kinross.
