Saw a Chrysler 180 advertised for sale in Classic Car Weekly this week. Only done 18,000 miles apparently and I think it was quite cheap but can not remember how much! Any use to anyone I wonder?

Where has Bollox gone? Probably sorting that Ital out.

Funnily enough, that's been tempting me for weeks. (Grabs the nearest copy...)It's £600, 2l auto, Wiltshire. Bronze with a white roof (not vinyl). Sounds like the win.

From the colour scheme I`d say its the one that was on ebay last year at a starting bid of £700, and going from the pictures it did not look a dear car at that, quite a nice one.

if its the same one that has been on the 'bay a couple of times recently it only about 10 minutes from me and I'll take a look for anyone interested... :D:evil:

Just to be particularly nerdy, wasn't that a Chrysler 2-litre rather than a Chrysler 180?Hey look guys, Vicsmith is back and not dead!

No, not that ebay one, another ebay one, more of a metallic dark brown and indeed with a white roof. Was a bit ago now, well before that maroon one. And not to be confused with a red one with a black roof that some fool attempted to sell in bits on ebay.

the one above was bought by the fool listing the bits from the red one. Apparently theres some geezer lives in that area who's got 6 or 7 180's and he swapped the red one complete for this brown one above.

I think I remember seeing the Bristol one on the Bay but it was about a year ago, so I don't remember anything about it, other than it was more dark brown than the typical bronze (did the 180/2-Litre come in any other colour from the factory after about 1974?).
