Here it is, the replacement for the Almera, a Crocus in 1.8 Ghia saloon flava innit. Has the usual Ghia bits and bobs that work too, 12mth ticket on, drives really nicely

Well done on surviving the Stowmartians! Looks alright, I'm considering one of these as the future replacement for the wife-mobile when the Almera chucks the towel in. Though at the rate the Almera is going, Focii will be extinct by the time the Almera gives up!

The Focus saloon is the one I always think of as the car with a stoved in boot from new.

Nice big boot but has a very narrow opening like a lot of modern saloons. Cruises effortlessly on the A14, 70 mph is barely 2500 rpm

Did the Asbos run in it earlier, so nice to drive compared with that FUCKING BASTARD DIESEL CORSA work lent us. MOAR FOTOEZ now.

Strangely one of these in 2.0 automatic flavour is something I've fancied trying for a while.

Saloons do seem to be gifferspec'd, and I am surprised this is a manual really. Surprisingly, the spare is a proper sized one, not a PITA space saver

It's finest grey plastic

These seem to be surviving fairly well (for a ford anyway).

They have fabric wheel arch liners,which is what kills fiesta/ka arches but focus arches don't rot too badly

I think they are underrated. A rust free one will give good service.
