Was it a 'postal' one and this is all to confuse the feds?  :)

Used to be a chap out in the wilds on Dartmoor that genuinely did them by post - wasn't even expensive.... so I'm told :)

Congrats !

Thankyou

Congrats from a fellow 800 apologist. Same colour and shape, too, but mine has more cylinders and fewer horsepower.

Thankyou nothing to apologise for they ate lovely old boats

I'm starting to like the rover 800s...

Thankyou I have always had a soft spot for these cars

Mate, that looks fantastic!

I've had a saloon before, not the Vitesse either. Absolutely wonderful machine. Great news re your 12 month ticket :D.

Please don't sell it soon or I might end up divorced.

Thankyou I am never selling it,it's a forever car so you are safe

Thankyou no I am afraid I do things by the book as I am good like that.

Some dodgy people about. Where I used to live a garage owner went to prison as he kept winding all the milage back on the cars as they came in

Want-on achieved.

Are the alloys standard? They look a bit more modern than the car if that makes sense.

Congrats on ticket status, I like these and feel they might be a better* buy than an sd1 whilst still being a sports barge of great wafting potential. All very 90's exec', any chance of some interior shots?

What's "forever"?

I've just got around to adding some links to my signature - have a gander at the 825 Sterling. It would have been a Keep-Longer-Than-6-Month-Car if it had not had an allergic reaction to Wales and then blown its head-gasket in true KV6 fashion.

Thankyou. They are the standard late vitesse alloys.

The first type in vitesse turbo form were 16" 7 spokes then when the sport came which this is as they stopped the sport name after a while. They had these 17"

Thankyou I will get some up asap

Thanks sorry it means the car will be with me till I croak.

I have let too many cars gone that I shouldn't have and now have 2 cars that I will never let go

^^I'm the same with my Rover, its with me until I croak. Not selling this one because too much time and money has gone into saving it from a potential phone call to the the local scrappy. (by previous owner)

What other car do you have?
